SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING ALERT:  Due to COVID-19, we are seeing some delivery delays.  We will fulfill your order in a timely manner, typically 1-3 business days, however there may be delays with shipping that are beyond our control.  Once the package leaves our facility we have no control over delivery times, delays, updates, etc.  We thank you for your understanding and continued support as we navigate these unprecedented times.

 

Generally it will take us 1-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping.  Estimated shipping times will vary depending on where we are shipping to.  All orders will be shipped via USPS.  We will only ship to the contiguous United States.  We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.  We cannot ship internationally at this time.

Free LOCAL pick up is available. Pick up location is in Hilliard, Ohio.  Choose local pick up option at checkout.  I will contact you when order is ready to be picked up, typically 2-3 days, sometimes sooner.  Reach out to me with any questions you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days to return a product to us from the time you receive it to get a full refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.  You will need to pay for return shipping. 


To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt/invoice and order number.

***Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  We will send a replacement immediately.
